  • Temperature Calibrator module in order to detailed simulation of RTD and Thermocouple output (equipped with color LCD and connectable to PC and adjustable by remote controller software)
  • Standard Non-contact Temperature sensor
  • Data Acquisition module in order to monitoring, sampling and controlling the different systems (connectable to PC with RAYANNIK software and controllable by MATLAB with special RAYANNIK library)
  • Identification of temperature sensor’s pin (resistive sensors) using DMM
  • Review the behavior of LM35 sensor and make a thermometer using this sensor and AVR microcontroller
  • Review the output of industrial sensors at different temperatures and extract its output characteristic using curve fitting
  • Review the offset level of temperature sensors at different temperatures using calibrator module
  • calibrate the temperature transmitter using calibrator module
  • Connect the output of NTC thermistor to temperature transmitter and calibrate it using curve fitting
  • Connect the output of RTD sensor to temperature transmitter and calibrate it using curve fitting
  • Connect the output of thermocouple sensor to temperature transmitter and calibrate it using curve fitting
  • Review the operation of long distance thermometer
  • Connect the output of transmitter (for RTD sensor) to computer using data acquisition module
  • Set a temperature control loop using furnace module
  • Review the distortion effect (on temperature control) using a cooler system
