  • 50cm printed-ruler for position checking
  • Stepper-motor and belt in order to forming a linear motion mechanism
  • Data Acquisition module in order to monitoring, sampling and controlling the different systems (connectable to PC with RAYANNIK software and controllable by MATLAB with special RAYANNIK library)
  • Review the output of an ultrasonic sensor at different intervals and calculate the speed of sound using curve fitting
  • Make a distance meter using an ultrasonic sensor and an AVR microcontroller
  • Review the behavior of Ultrasonic receivers and transmitters
  • Review the output of an infrared sensor at different intervals and extract the output characteristic using curve fitting

  • Connect the output of an infrared sensor to data acquisition module in order to software calibration
  • Set a control loop in order to linear displacement control process
